I have been attending the program since May- 3 months. This program has been very accommodating to my needs. The personal therapist and case manager are very professional. I have noticed an improvement in my mood and demeanor. Also, my sobriety has been solid with their guidance. The group therapy sessions have been very targeted on coping skills and positive healthy lifestyles. I also like that the program is conducted through online meetings allowing me to be not need babysitting with my children.
